How to Resolve Error 0x8020002e on Windows Store Windows 8 8 1

Error 0x8020002e on Windows Store, Windows 8/8.1

I can not install any appÂ from the store and it gives me the following error message:
This app couldn't be installed -- Error 0x8020002e.
Try again.
I am having this error message for about a year now.
I've read and tried all the solutions that's been posted here but to no avail.

What are the steps that you have tried to resolve the issue?
I would suggest you to perform the steps provided here and check.
If you have already performed these steps, you may ignore them and reply with the status.

Method 1: Recreate the AUInstallAgent folder.
a.
Press Windows key + R to open the Run Dialog.
b.
Type%windir% and press
Enter.
You should now be in the Windows folder.
c.
Look for a folder called
AUInstallAgent.
If it is missing in the Windows folder, then right click on an empty space and click on
New folder.
d.
Rename the folder as
AUInstallAgent.
e.
Restart the Computer and check if you are able to install apps.
If the AUInstallAgent folder is already available in the above mentioned location, then continue with method 3.
Method 2:
I would suggest you to reset the
store cache and try the installation again.

a.Â Â Â Â Â Â Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tapSearch.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Search.)
b.Â Â Â Â Â Â Enter
run in the search box, and then tap or clickRun.
c.Â Â Â Â Â Â Enter
wsreset.exe in the Run command and then tap or clickOK.

Method 3:
You may run SFC scan to check if there is any system corrupted files.

To install drivers and other optional updates
